Join us for this free, special class as our way to say thank-you to our incredible community!
If you're curious about yoga, but don't know where to start, then this is the perfect place for you! Join us for a welcoming, fun and judgement free zone where you will both experience yoga, as well as learn the basics so you feel confident joining regular yoga classes.
During this 90 minute introduction to yoga you will:
Do physical poses, breathing and relaxation
Learn and practice the 4 foundations of yoga
Learn the difference between your down dog and your warrior 2
Learn a few key yoga terms so you never feel lost or out of place
Have a good stretch, and feel super relaxed
Get a tour of the studio so you know common "yoga etiquette " so you feel confident walking into any yoga studio.

Please note: This class is suitable for all levels and ages. However, the yoga room is located up a steep set of stairs, and you will need to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor in order to participate.
