Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this class will guide you through the core principles of Pilates while giving you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, aligned, and connected.

About This Class:

Pilates is more than just movement—it’s a mind-body practice designed to build strength, control, and awareness.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • The foundations of Pilates, including a brief look at the history & principles developed by Joseph Pilates.

  • A variety of movements & exercises, focusing on form, control, and alignment.

  • An educational approach, helping you understand which muscles you’re working and why.

  • Optional hands-on technique corrections, to help you refine your movement.

  • A long, relaxing stretch to finish, leaving you feeling open and refreshed.

What to Expect:

  • A full-body workout using body weight & Pilates equipment.

  • Challenging, but not overwhelming—expect to work hard, but we're sticking to the basics so you can refine your technique and alignment.

  • A deep dive into Pilates technique, giving you a strong foundation for future practice.
