Join us for this free, special class as our way to say thank-you to our incredible community!
During this 90 minute practice you will be guided through restorative yin yoga postures, followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation (practiced lying down) so that your body, mind and nervous system can down regulate. You'll leave this class feeling like you just had the best nap of your life.
What to expect:
Slow, floor based poses supported by props
Meditation and breathwork prompts while you hold the poses
Supportive hands on touch from Michaela
A dreamy, guided mediation done lying down that will take you to your happy place

Please note: This class is suitable for all levels and ages. However, the yoga room is located up a steep set of stairs, and you will need to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor in order to participate.
