About This Class:
The ancient yogis laid out an 8 fold path for seekers to follow - and this workshop will guide you though 3 of those steps. During this Prana Flow class you will be guided through progressive practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and savasana (relaxation) so you walk away feeling calm, clear and collected.
What to expect:
A slow, focused, yet flowing asana practice that seamlessly combines movement and breath designed to release tension in the chest, ribs, upper back and shoulders and hips.
A seated pranayama (breath work) practice designed to increase vitality, energy and clarity.
Savasana with hands on assists to help you relax deeply and integrate the benefits of your practice

Please note:
The asana portion of the class is suitable for all levels, however, the pranayama practice is not advised for students who are pregnant, who have blood pressure or cardiovascular issues or are brand new to yoga.
