FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Yes! Please email Cora at cora@tamworthyogs.com - we have several suggested practices to learn before the course, and Cora will give you a full run down via email.
-
Everyones body is different, and not every pose is suitable for every body, therefore there is no expectation that you need to be able to do any particular pose before you start the course. However, a useful practice is to become curious about the question “what’s stopping me?” when you encounter a limitation. I.e. skill, strength (where), flexibility (where) and ascertain if the pose is something you feel motivated to work towards - or not!
-
You will need 3 hours per week throughout the duration of the course for study and practice, outside of the course weekends. This includes 1 x hour of online learning + 2 x week yoga classes at the studio. During exam time, you will need a little extra time to revise your notes. We aim to keep course work outside of our training hours to a minimum.
