Join Jolan for this midday restorative yoga experience. Restorative yoga is a deeply calming form of yoga that teaches us to slow down, consciously rest and surrender. We will create energy without using energy helping us to turn off ‘fight or flight’ mode and enter a state of pure bliss.
In this immersion we will explore:
Restorative yoga postures
Pranayama
Yoga Nidra meditation
What to wear/bring:
Comfortable clothing you can stretch out in (layers are great)
Water bottle
We provide all mats & props – however you are welcome to bring your own
This immersion is perfect for anyone new to restorative yoga but also a chance for seasoned students to explore more depth and insight within their own restorative practice.
