Mindful Movement with Mon is a fun and educational workshop for Preschool aged children.
Each week we will come together to mindfully play, sing, move, laugh, breathe and relax - finding each child’s place of inner peace.
Movement encourages children to explore their imagination through story telling, adventure and play, whilst strengthening their gross motor skills of balance, flexibility and coordination.
Mindfulness supports children’s social emotional development by teaching how to self regulate big feelings, navigate the everyday and calm the body and mind.
The workshop creates a safe space for connection and acceptance of others, as children develop an understanding of empathy and kindness towards themselves and each other.
So if your child has a big imagination and likes adventure or maybe they have trouble sleeping and need help to focus, then this course can help transform your child into a strong, confident and calm individual especially if children are needing a bit of extra support transitioning to school or back to care after the Christmas break.
ABOUT MON
Mon combines 15 years of Preschool teaching experience with her love of yoga to deliver classes that nurture children’s hearts, minds and bodies. The workshop will teach them life skills that will extend beyond the yoga mat.

Please wear comfy clothes for active play
Yoga mat provided.
Please note the studio is up a flight of stairs
