In this 2 hours Immersion, you will first find connection with your body and breath through a gentle and flowing set of movement. We will next practice Yin poses against the wall. Making use of the floor and the wall in your practice enables you to let go of tension with more ease by feeling supported and held. At the same time, this session offers the opportunity to stimulate your body at a deep level. The energy orbits from the heart down and then back up to the heart, which creates an extra dimension to your practice while giving an extra focus to your hips, side body, back and legs. During these 2 hours, you will be able to relax completely and open up deeply.
