Build confidence, awareness, and practical skills in a supportive environment

This practical, hands-on workshop is designed to help you feel more confident and capable in real-world situations — without relying on strength or experience.

Led by experienced coach Emina Hazroli, this session will guide you through simple, effective techniques to help you stay safe, create space, and respond under pressure.

You’ll learn how to:
• Break free from common grabs (hands, wrists, hair, and around the neck)
• Move safely and protect yourself if you’re knocked off balance or fall
• Use your voice and body language to set clear boundaries
• Understand when to disengage and prioritise your safety
• Improve your awareness in everyday situations, including around your car

This is not about fighting, it’s about confidence, awareness, and knowing what to do when it matters.

The workshop is beginner-friendly and designed to feel supportive, not intimidating. You’ll be guided step-by-step, with plenty of time to ask questions and practice in a safe environment.

Every woman deserves to feel safe, strong, and prepared, this is a powerful first step.
