A program full of joy, movement, and connection, where children explore yoga with their grown-ups joining in the fun.

What Makes It Special
Guided but open — children move, explore, and express themselves freely
Builds body awareness, emotional regulation, social confidence, and creativity

Parents join in, strengthening connection through shared movement
Small group size (max 10 kids) for focused attention and safety
Spacious, dedicated studio with minimal distractions, mats and props provided
Children aren’t expected to perform — learning happens in their own way

Time: 10:30-11am
Ages: 2-5 years old
Cost: $120 upfront ($12/week)
Shoes off, comfy clothes, babies/siblings welcome
Rolling membership into next term with priority for returning kids

Can I join in?
Yes! Parents/caregivers guide and play alongside children.
What if my child is shy, energetic, or doesn’t like following instructions?
That’s all welcome here! Some kids dive right in, others prefer to watch, some bounce around the edges. There’s no one right way to do kids yoga.
What is the policy on sickness and cancellations?
If I ever need to cancel a class (or it can’t go ahead for reasons outside your control), you’ll receive a refund for that session. If the class is running as usual, but your child can’t attend due to illness or other reasons, we aren’t able to offer refunds or make-up sessions. Currently, Kids Yoga runs once a week at Tamworth Yoga (hopefully more in the future 🤞) and make-up classes cannot be added during school holidays. Thanks for understanding!
