Ready to unwind and find your creative spark? This workshop invites you to move your body, open your mind, and explore playful ways to express yourself. No pressure, just curiosity, fun and community connection.

Over 3 hours, we’ll blend energising gentle yoga, yin postures, breathwork, and a dreamy guided meditation to inspire and unwind, preparing the body and mind to create. Then, we’ll roll out the paints, pencils, and journals for playful creative time, taking the spark you unlock and seeing what magic you can make from the freedom and inspiration you create but without any pressure - just for your personal expression. 

This is more than just yoga. It’s a morning full of unwinding, connection to yourself and your community, and mindful play.

Meet Your Hosts

Michaela is passionate about practicing and teaching yoga to help you come home to yourself, exploring the body, breath, and mind. She blends flow and restorative practices to support mental and emotional wellbeing. Originally from Germany, Michaela also works as a photographer and marketer, and loves using mindful movement to spark creativity.

Mon has practiced yoga since her teens and loves sharing playful, welcoming classes with people of all ages. A creative soul with a curious heart, Mon weaves her passions for yoga, design, and community into everything she does. Based in Tamworth with her family, she brings warmth and fun to her teaching style, helping you connect with your body and creativity in joyful ways.
