In the chaos of life, it's easy to be carried away on a current that takes you further from where - and who - you want to be. Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are here to help you gently swim back into the flow of alignment.
If you're feeling battered and bruised, gasping for air in a world that moves too fast - this space is for you. Jolan will guide you back to still waters.
This is a slow and nurturing two-hour immersion designed to support your nervous system and return you home to yourself. We'll rest deeply in long-held, fully supported yoga poses, and then drift into a guided yoga nidra, a guided meditation done lying down, to soothe the mind, body and spirit. Perfect for anyone craving stillness, softness and deep rest - including pregnant and postpartum mummas.
You'll leave feeling clearer, softer and more grounded.
Please wear cosy and comfortable layers. All props are provided, but feel free to bring any items that help you feel cosy and at home.
No experience is needed. Come as you are - I'll meet you there.
