Join Jolan for a soul healing day of restorative yoga, nourishing vegetarian food and relaxing yoga nidra. Replenish your mind, body and soul by experiencing the freedom to step out of life for a few hours. Reduce the noise from the outside world, surrender to the bliss of guided practices and receive the nurturing that you so dearly deserve.
Benefits of attending a restorative yoga day retreat:

How the day may look:
o 10:45am – Arrive, consultation and settle in
o 11am – opening circle, introductions and overview of the day
o 11:30am – Restorative yoga for adrenal fatigue
o 12:45pm – Nourishing vegetarian lunch
o 1:30pm – Heart healing restorative yoga
o 3pm – Yoga nidra
o 3:30pm – Closing circle and reflections
o 4pm – Close and departure
Please arrive open minded with the schedule, it’s always nice to read the energy of the room on the day.
