Join Jolan Tuesdays evenings for this 6-week Prenatal Yoga Series.
This series is designed to deepen your connection with your baby, your body, your breath and be ready for birth. Beautiful mumma's-to-be I would like to extend a warm welcome to you to experience this series FROM 14 WEEKS ONWARDS with approval from your healthcare provider.
Take the time for yourself through gentle stretching and strengthening poses, breathwork and relaxation in a supported environment. This series is perfect for beginner and experienced yoga students who want a gentle practice learning how to safely modify yoga poses throughout the different stages of your pregnancy.
Each week we focus on something different ranging from; classical hip opening, stabilising poses, pregnancy safe sun salutations, restorative yoga and more! A syllabus will be provided at the first session.
