Pregnancy is a time of big changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally. This 6-week prenatal yoga journey is designed to help you feel more comfortable in your body, ease common aches and pains, and prepare for birth with confidence. It’s also a chance to slow down, breathe, and connect with other mums-to-be in a supportive and welcoming space.
Led by Jolan—a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula—this journey honours the transition into motherhood (matrescence) and provides simple, practical tools to support you along the way.
Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help:
Relieve aches and tension in your back, hips, and shoulders
Improve sleep & relaxation (because good rest can feel impossible!)
Feel more prepared for birth with breathing techniques & positions
Build confidence & trust in your body’s natural abilities
Connect with your baby in a calm, intentional way
Meet other mums-to-be and build your support network
Sweets, tea & sharing circle to be witnessed, heard, and supported during this season
This journey is capped at 10 people to ensure a semi-private, intimate environment, allowing for personalized guidance and the option of hands-on support.
No prior yoga experience is needed
