Join Jolan Tuesday mornings for this 4 week Postnatal Mums & Bubs Yoga Series.
This series is designed specifically for new mums to aid in postpartum recovery, physically and mentally. I extend a warm welcome to beautiful mumma's to experience this series 6-12 WEEKS AFTER GIVING BIRTH, and only once your health care provider has given you the all clear. I also highly recommend seeing a Women's Health Physio for a pelvic floor assessment before joining this series.
These classes go beyond just having your baby by your side - they are a wonderful way to get to know your baby through interaction, play and communication. This series is perfect for beginner or experienced students wanting a gentle practice focusing on strength, mindfulness, restoration, breathwork and connection. Take the time, look within, grab your baby and begin sharing life as a creative and healthy adult with your small wonder that has arrived.
Each week we focus on something different ranging from: stabilising & strengthening, breastfeeding/feeding counter poses, inversions, restorative yoga and much more! A syllabus will be provided at the first session.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
- You can join this series only AFTER postpartum bleeding has ceased
- Babies are welcome until they are significantly mobile
- You are welcome to attend if even if your baby is in care
- I suggest bringing bub in a carrier & bringing any items you may need during the class
- Yoga after delivery is different, its imperative not to be over eager
