Join Jolan for an immersive two-hour therapeutic practice where we will combine roll and release techniques with yin yoga poses to relieve muscular aches and tension. Together we will weave our way around the upper body using therapy balls to ease aches and pains, leaving us feeling relaxed, light and spacious.
In this immersion we will explore:
Upper Body Myofascial release using therapy balls
Yin yoga poses
Pranayama
Meditation
What to wear/bring:
Comfortable clothing to move in (layers are great)
Water bottle
All props are provided – however you are welcome to bring your own
This immersion is open to everyone, no previous experience required and is perfect for those experiencing limitations in their range of movement and bodily pain. We work to hydrate our connective tissue, freeing up energy that is trapped/blocked to experience an uninhibited flow of prana (life force) and a deeper connection to self.
