Feel grounded & centred with this crystal healing & yin immersion, held under the Full Moon in Virgo. Bring your own crystal(s), or you can use the provided crystals. You'll be guided through an introduction to using crystals before immersing yourself into yin yoga. We'll be integrating crystal healing into each yin yoga pose, channelling the energy of the crystals for a heightened experience.
