Step into the art of therapeutic touch through this immersive four-day Foundation Training in Zenthai Shiatsu. Blending elements of Yoga Asana, Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic principles, this training offers a practical and embodied approach to bodywork.

Through the lens of Five Element theory, mindfulness, and hands-on practice, you will learn a complete 90-minute treatment sequence while developing sensitivity, presence, and a deeper understanding of structural and energetic balance.

This training is designed for those wishing to begin or deepen their journey into therapeutic bodywork, embodied awareness, and conscious community.

In this training you will:

• Learn a complete 90-minute Zenthai Shiatsu treatment sequence
• Develop sensitivity and confidence through hands-on practice
• Understand foundational principles of Five Element theory
• Explore techniques including compression, assisted stretching, and mindful touch
• Cultivate practitioner posture, body mechanics, and presence
• Experience the work through both giving and receiving
