Join Jolan for an immersive midday experience to honour the transition from summer to autumn through yin yoga and yoga nidra. Late summer is an important transitional season, a time to harmonize, re-centre, stabilize and find balance in preparation for the cooler months ahead. Learn how to feel grounded, uncluttered, fresh and light this late summer through the philosophy of yin yoga.

Yoga nidra meditation

Comfortable clothing to move in (layers are great)

We provide mats & props – however you are welcome to bring your own
This immersion is perfect for anyone new to yin yoga but also a chance for seasoned yin yoga students to explore more depth and insight within their own yin practice.
