Myo Yin Immersion with Jolan
Join Jolan for this therapeutic practice combining myofascial release and yin yoga, ‘Myo Yin’ releases tension, adhesions and trigger points to restore deep relaxation to all parts of the body, mind and nervous system.
In this immersion, we will explore:
Myofascial release using therapy balls
Yin yoga poses
Pranayama
Meditation
What to wear/bring:
Comfortable clothing to move in (layers are great)
Water bottle
All props are provided – however you are welcome to bring your own
This immersion is open to everyone, no previous experience is required and is perfect for those experiencing limitations in their range of movement and any bodily pain/tension. We work to hydrate our connective tissue, freeing up energy that is trapped/blocked to experience an uninhibited flow of prana (life force) and a deeper connection to self.
