This 90-minute immersion workshop is the perfect opportunity to do just that.
Guided by Katlyn, this workshop begins with an energising Pilates sequence to awaken the body and build strength from within. From there, we soften into a gentle, breath-led yoga flow, creating space and ease through mindful movement. The practice then slows into grounding yin postures, inviting deep release, before finishing with a calming guided meditation to leave you feeling restored, centred, and completely reset.
Designed for all levels, this workshop offers options throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
