This workshop is a great "taster" if you are considering joining our upcoming Level 1 Zenthai Foundations Training. It's a chance to meet Kynan, learn more about Zenthai, and experience it for yourself, before diving into deeper study.
Through solo movement, partner play and guided bodywork, we will learn how to move with intention, presence, and sensitivity, allowing us to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and others.

About Your Teacher: Kynan Wu
Kynan brings his own flavour though his experience and practices as a 650hr RYT(yoga teacher) and a certified fitness instructor. Bringing an Understanding of the physical body and energetic flow, he layers this embodiment into the therapy of Zenthai. Kynan is particularly interested in the remedial side with equal fascination to the emotional and physical connection....Devoting his time and energy to this healing modality of zenthai for the past few years he believes deeply in therapeutics of connection, touch, integrity in presence and the energetic structural alignment.
