A two-hour immersive journey into deep rest, softness and sweet surrender. Held by Jolan – a devoted Restorative yoga teacher, doula and space holder who is endlessly in love with the power of rest.
This offering is an invitation to exhale – to let go doing, striving and holding it all together. Through restorative yoga, breathwork and yoga nidra, we’ll gently open the body, quieten the mind and reconnect with a sense of ease and spaciousness.
Together we’ll explore:
Grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system
Long held restorative postures using props for fully body support
Guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to melt tension and restore inner peace
A nurturing safe space to completely surrender
Warming tea, sweets and connection with like-minded folk
No prior experience is needed; all mats & props are provided - just bring a willingness to rest.
This immersion is open to everyone, including pregnant and postpartum mothers.
