In this nurturing yin workshop, we’ll explore three powerful practices:
BE – Somatic Meditation.
Through guided somatic meditation, you’ll slow down and return to the wisdom of your body. This is where grounding begins—where clarity and calm can arise. The hardest part is showing up. The rest, I’ll guide you through.
WRITE – Journaling pulls it out.
You carry stories, questions, and truths that are ready to be heard. Writing is the doorway. With gentle prompts and spacious reflection, you’ll lighten the emotional load and uncover insight. The answers are already within—you just need the right questions.
HEAR – Trust your intuition.
There’s a quiet voice inside that knows. In this part of the workshop, you’ll learn how to listen more deeply to your own inner knowing. We’ll explore simple ways to strengthen your intuitive connection, so you can move through life with greater confidence and alignment.
You don’t need to have experience with meditation, journaling, or intuition work—just a willingness to be curious and kind with yourself.
